Transitions in Real Estate

Every move in real estate involves a transition: from living with parents to renting, from renting to a first home, then to a larger, family residence, and then eventually downsizing to a condo. For others the transition may involve a job transfer, immigration, retirement, or a decision to invest in income property.

First time buyers require assistance to become familiar with the home searching process, realities of the real estate market, and help in finding good mortgage professionals, lawyers and home inspectors. Relocating families need advice and help in finding appropriate neighbourhoods and schools for their children.

Selling a home for elderly relatives can be very challenging, especially at a distance. Sorting through a lifetime of treasures and separating what should be kept, what can be sold, and what needs to be discarded is a difficult job, and may need the advise of professionals, who can evaluate the items and arrange a content sale.

We provide support and assistance in all of these circumstances. We work with a network of professionals to help smooth the transition before, during and after the actual transaction of buying or selling your property.

Our goal is to provide you with the best advise possible to help you maximize your property value as well as to ease the way through your real estate transition.
